Furthermore, Waseem’s experience within his various positions in his career allow him to uniquely understand and relate to the situation small business owners find themselves in. Waseem will work to fix the damage that the Trudeau government has done to the economy and remove economic “gatekeepers”.

Waseem is a devoted husband of 20 years to Marseel and a proud father to Andrew (19), Daniel (15), and Mina (11). With over a decade of unwavering party involvement, including having run as a National Council candidate at the last CPC convention, Waseem is determined to get the job done.
After coming to Canada in 2003 from Egypt, Waseem built a career working as an energy and nuclear consultant as well as an entrepreneur. He quickly understood that Canada governed by the Conservatives was the Canada he wanted to live in.
Since 2017, Waseem has been the President of Cable-Lock Connectors, a communication cable manufacturing company
Waseem has been and continues to be heavily involved with the Coptic Church of Ontario. As a man with a deeply rooted faith, Waseem has a strong foundation from where his values are derived from. Outside of his church, Waseem is also involved in a
number of charities and not-for-profits.
